To view your chat history of a previous video consultation appointment, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account through Okadoc login page or through the login page within your Okadoc-support healthcare provider's website/app.
- Select My Okadoc.
- Click the Appointments section in the menu.
- On the upper right corner click on "Past" to view your past appointments
- Refer to the relevant past video consultation appointment
- Click on "Chat History"
