In order to control your notification settings, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account through the Okadoc login page or through the login page within your Okadoc-support healthcare provider's website/app.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Within the Notification Settings section, you can decide whether to receive SMS and/or email reminder notifications.
Why can I not opt-out of key appointment events?
Within the Okadoc platform, you cannot opt-out of certain notifications because they are considered to be extremely important events. If you were to disable these notifications then, unfortunately, you may miss crucial information.
