Why does my appointment have a 'Cancelled' status?

If you have received a notification of appointment cancellation that is because the provider has opted to cancel the appointment. The reason for this can be found by following up directly with the provider.

You can always book another appointment by revisiting the profile page or re-booking the appointment with a different time slot through your account under the Appointments page.
